We renovated the outdoor living space by installing new Fiberon® composite decking and a Westbury® aluminum railing system. The project included replacing the existing deck surface, installing low-maintenance composite decking, and adding durable aluminum railings to improve safety, functionality, and the overall appearance of the home.

We built a new exterior staircase addition and completed the siding installation to match the existing home. The project included framing the structure, installing a weather-resistant barrier, applying LP® Smart Side® siding, and finishing with exterior trim and flashing for a seamless, durable finish.

Owners of this home were concerned about the windows efficiency, some of the windows were leaking, roofing was 25+ years old with a leaks on some areas and they wanted to give a better look to the outdoor spaces and they decided to replace wood decking for Trex composite and new cable railing to enjoy the stunning views. Roofing: Shingles roof tear off, roof decking re-attaching, new underlayment installation along with new flashing and GAF Shingles. Windows: Replacing of 20 Marvin windows all around the house, new wood trim and painting. Owner of this home was having big concerns about deck supports due to footings settling and poor repairs over the years, we were requested to assist and work along with Honey Home Builders in this project in order to accomplish this big challenge. 40’ + height on a sloped land in the middle of the winter was the scene, the weight of 2 story deck and a covered porch on top was the peak of this risky job, working hard day by day in the cold we completed the project without any inconvenient and both decks strongly supported. Homeowners of this home in the Boone area wanted to upgrade the front entry with a covered porch. With a picture and a good chat we collected all the information we needed for the proposal, looking through materials and ideas they decided to do a stamped concrete floor around the front of the house, all this concrete covered under a traditional shed roof framing structure, with a dropped T&G ceiling, lights and fans. The family that owns this home was concerned about the condition of the deck posts supports so they decided to contact Honey Home Builders to do the job and they invited us to join and assist on the labor to do this job. We replaced 10- 8×8 posts for steel 6*6* ¼” Hollow beams and make the connections with ¼” steel brackets from footing to deck structure. The job ran smoothly and the result was what we all expected and worked for.

Weight and leak concerns of this covered porch by the HOA were enough to get a call to estimate the removal of stone flooring to install new trex decking on metal rails. The porch wrapping of the posts was removed to inspect steel beams integrity, the beams were sanded down and painted with anti-rust paint and replaced for Trex 1x board wrapping while the railing was replaced for a steel cable system for a modern look and better view of the golf course. We will do any size job.

The owner has been working on this house for a while fixing the exterior, framing a new addition and making some touch ups inside but the roof was a definitely something out of his work force capability, so he decided to contact us through a referral to ask us for an estimate to replace his roof. We’ve got the job and replaced the old busted and faded Standing seam metal roofing for bright new Standing seam roofing on the entire house. House personality and structure integrity improved with a brand new roof!
